Formulation & Concentrate Checks

Product preparation is checked against the applicable formulation and production specification.

Filling & Aerosol Integrity

Fill-Weight & Content Checks

Filled products are monitored against required quantities and product specifications.

Crimp Measurements

Valve crimping is checked to support correct aerosol-container assembly.

Pressure Checks

Aerosol pressure is checked according to the applicable product and production requirements.

Leak Testing

Finished aerosol units are checked for container and valve integrity.

Water-Bath Testing

Aerosol products undergo appropriate water-bath testing as part of production control.

Spray-Pattern Testing
